Welcome To LakeChatugeLady.com
After many years of camping in the Western North Carolina and North Georgia mountains, my family and I decided to sell our home in Cumming, Georgia and move to Hayesville, North Carolina.
We built a home on beautiful Lake Chatuge and we have no regrets about our decision to move. The views of Lake Chatuge are priceless. The seasons here are all different, from the multi-colored leaf changes in the fall to boating on Lake Chatuge in the summer. With the Hiawassee River running through Towns, Clay and Cherokee Counties, the trout fishing is endless. The Appalachian Trail is close by for unlimited hiking. Within 45 minutes to 1 hour, you can experience white water rafting on the Nantahala River or the Ocoee, home of the 2006 Olympics.
I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Georgia and North Carolina, focusing on the following cities, Hiawassee, located in Towns County, home of the Georgia Mountain Fair, Blairsville, located in Union County, home of the Sorghum Festival, Hayesville, North Carolina, where trout streams are plentiful, and Murphy, North Carolina, where the mountain views are endless.
